In this evening of botanical appreciation and craft we will explore the many ways that herbs can be blended into mocktails that delight the senses while capturing the essence of spring. You'll learn how to create delectable drinks with the help of DIY syrups, shrubs, sodas, and more, and will leave with a syrup made in class that you can use in your own mixology adventures. Come for the tasty libations and stay for all the tips and tricks you can use to wow your friends at your next dinner party! This is a Kitchen Collaboration with Herbstalk. Herbstalk creates community events that connect people and plants.
