While the pavlova's origins lie in the Southern Hemisphere and its name pays homage to a Russian ballerina, Le Dessert's rendition takes on a distinctly French flair. Picture a base of French meringue, adorned with Chantilly cream crafted from the finest Normandie milk cream, all finished with a unique Parisian touch. This is going to be a great class! Chef Fred is a scientist turned pastry chef. Since honing his craft he has worked as an executive pastry chef at an upscale bakery, consulted for large restaurant groups, bakeries and started his business! His work has been featured by Buzzfeed, Tastemade, the Pastry Arts Magazine, This class is geared towards an adult learner, but teens 12+ are welcome to attend. Please note: This class is gluten free but does contain eggs
