Service Description

This is our monthly dinner where we cook for you and you kick back and enjoy! Chef Marc Orfaly will be preparing a 5 course meal. We are offering two different evenings for the dinner, December 19 or December 21. Wine/beer is a la carte, meal is $75, with tax and tip, total is $95. Antipasto: Variety of meats, cheeses, and dips Salad: Ceasar Salad Pasta: Pasta rigatoni with a red sauce-meatball option on the side Vongole pasta with fish Main: Chicken Scarpariello (braised chicken) Fish-Cod Piccata Side of Broccoli rabe Dessert: Cannoli's filled with chocolate mousse ***Chef Marc Orfaly is cooking the same menu on two evenings, so you can choose the one that fits your schedule! Orfaly has worked with Todd English, Barbara Lynch in Boston, Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles, Mark Peel and Nancy Silverton at Campanile and in New York with Rocco DiSpirito. A restaurateur, Orfaly has owned Pigalle, Marco, and Peking Tom. His culinary influence and direction were part of The Beehive, Jade Monkey, and most recently, The ReelHouse in East Boston. Orfaly was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award multiple times (Nominee, Best Chefs in America 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010) and Food & Wine named him one of the best new chefs of 2004.

Cancellation Policy

Payments for classes and dinners at The Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
