Italian Date Night Cooking Class

Service Description
This is a mix of a demo/cooking class with Chef Marc Orfaly. We'll have some apps prepared when you arrive, some mingling, and Chef Orfaly will demo a few recipes. As a class we will also be preparing dishes. BYOB and gratuity is appreciated. Homemade AMAZING meatballs chicken cacciatore gnocchi fallen chocolate cake Orfaly has worked with Todd English, Barbara Lynch in Boston, Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles, Mark Peel and Nancy Silverton at Campanile and in New York with Rocco DiSpirito. A restaurateur, Orfaly has owned Pigalle, Marco, and Peking Tom. His culinary influence and direction were part of The Beehive, Jade Monkey, and most recently, The ReelHouse in East Boston. Orfaly was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award multiple times (Nominee, Best Chefs in America 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010) and Food & Wine named him one of the best new chefs of 2004.

Cancellation Policy
Payments for classes and dinners at The Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
