Italian Date Night Cooking Class

Service Description

This is a mix of a demo/cooking class with Chef Marc Orfaly. We'll have some apps prepared when you arrive, some mingling, and Chef Orfaly will demo a few recipes. As a class we will also be preparing dishes. BYOB and gratuity is appreciated. A restaurateur, Orfaly has owned Pigalle, Marco, and Peking Tom. His culinary influence and direction were part of The Beehive, Jade Monkey, and most recently, The ReelHouse in East Boston. Orfaly was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award multiple times (Nominee, Best Chefs in America 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010) and Food & Wine named him one of the best new chefs of 2004.
