Date Night: Armenian Cooking Class

Join Marc Orfaly for a date night class. This class is a combo of demo cooking from Chef Marc, a renowned Boston chef, and cooking a few dishes with your partner and table mates! We always begin the evening with a refreshment and Armenian appetizers upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are sold per couple, and the class is for ages 21+ only. Menu: Tabouleh Muhammara Basmati Rice with Chicken Shawarma Zaatar Foccacia Bread Fasulia (Armenian Green Bean and Meat Stew) Kourabia (Armenian Shortbread Cookies) Orfaly has worked with Todd English, Barbara Lynch in Boston, Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles, Mark Peel and Nancy Silverton at Campanile and in New York with Rocco DiSpirito. A restaurateur, Orfaly has owned Pigalle, Marco, and Peking Tom. His culinary influence and direction were part of The Beehive, Jade Monkey, and most recently, The ReelHouse in East Boston. Orfaly was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award multiple times (Nominee, Best Chefs in America 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010) and Food & Wine named him one of the best new chefs of 2004.
Cancellation Policy
Payments for classes and dinners at The Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.
