Summer Program: USA Regional Favorites ages 10+ August 4 -August 8; 10am-2pm

The kitchen is excited to introduce our summer program for Teens (ages 10+ ). The theme for this week "USA Regional Favorites." We will be exploring regional dishes from around the USA. Will have all new recipes this summer, but exploring the North, South, East, West and Center of the USA. We are also doing things a little differently this year, we extended camp to 2pm, and on Friday's the teen chefs will be creating a restaurant and dishes they learned for the week; cooking, plating and serving for a parent or guardian at 12pm on Fridays. Not only will students learn key cooking skills and techniques, they will also be learning about running a restaurant!
