Summer Program: Asian Cuisines ages 10+ July 14- July 18 10am-2pm

The kitchen is excited to introduce our summer program for Teens (ages 10+ ). The theme for this week "Asian Cuisines." During Asian cuisine week we are using all new recipes this summer. We are also doing things a little differently this year, we extended camp to 2pm, and on Friday's the teen chefs will be creating a restaurant and dishes they learned for the week; cooking, plating and serving for a parent or guardian at 12pm on Fridays. Not only will students learn key cooking skills and techniques, they will also be learning about running a restaurant!
